Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan, born 10 May 1980, in Australia, is an actor and model. In Australia she became famous for her part in the character Pepper Steiger in Neighbors, the soap which ran for 100 episodes between 2006 to 2007. Her first project in Hollywood was the choral-comedy Hollywood & Wine, where she played an actor who had never been to Hollywood. After that, she landed a job as Maya, a sexy beautiful medical student in Scrubs in the 9th season. The show abruptly ended. Then she continued to film a Farrelly Brothers comedy Good to Shoot which featured the duo Jason Sudeikis Owen Wilson. Then she appeared in B-series films and series shorts. It was in 2013 that she began to be exposed further. After having appeared in six episodes of the crime drama Franklin and Bash and landing her first role as a regular in the web-series Chosen which starred Milo Ventimiglia, the actress has been offered several projects. In the first two seasons, she played Chad Michael Murray's reply in the two seasons. Later, she appeared in roles as a supporting character in the two feature films which are based on aircrafts. One of them was a TV film made for SyFy's flight 7500, featuring actors from television series. Another one was Le Chaos with Nicolas Cage. She's a flight attendant. But above all she shares the poster for a new program on television called Matador featuring Gabriel Luna. The 13-episode season the Robert Rodriguez has planned for his thriller where actors play CIA agents. She continues with the pilot of another series which however fails to succeed. She also shared her poster for the B-series romantic comedy Borrowed Moments with Brian Krause and then was seen in the comedy Witness for Rent worn by Kevin Hart Josh Gad and Kaley Cuoco. The original Knight of Cups, directed by Terrence Malick, was distributed widely. In addition, she appears in five episodes from the Satisfaction series.
