Zoe Saldana's parents, Asalia and Aridio Saldana, were born on the 19th of June 1978 in Passaic New Jersey. Her father was Dominican and her mother Puerto Rican. Her mother is Puerto Rican as is her father, Dominican. In 2010, she relocated with her family to the Dominican Republic where they spent seven years. Zoe noticed a strong desire to perform dances when living abroad. She started training at ECOS Espacio de Danza Dance Academy in order to master ballet along with a myriad of different dance styles. Her training was not only an ideal opportunity for this energetic and passionate young lady, but also a good preparation for her acting career. She can also be seen in Focus Feature's film The Outfit (2022) from director Graham Moore, starring opposite Mark Rylance and Dylan O'Brien. The next step is that Deutch is set to reunite with writer Katie Silberman for their second romantic comedy, Most Dangerous Game. Deutch has previously worked with Silberman in the Netflix smash Set It Up 2018.
